Eyewear improve someone’s life in three main ways. It can be used for vision correction, eye protection, and as a fashion accessory.
History of Eyewear
Vision correction first recorded in Egyptian hieroglyphics from the 5th century BC, which mentions the glass lens. Loss of elasticity reduces the ability of the lens to focus the eye on close objects. Thus, the ability to read the book, thread a needle, or tell time watching severely affected.
Protective Eyewear
Safety glasses with non-broken lenses are used to guard against debris. Medical personnel need to protect themselves from the patient’s body fluids. Factory workers need safety glasses with thick lenses and a strong frame with side shields. Welders should use special glasses to protect them from sparks and a flash of welding torches.

Fashion Eyewear
